3rd bicuspid lower right

Extra or supernumary teeth do occur, just as cogentially missing teeth.  This picture was taken in my Palm Harbor dental office in August of 2012.  Many dentists might insist that this “extra” tooth be removed.  This gentleman told me that he had grown “quite attached to the tooth, somewhat like an old friend.”  I honestly responded that if the tooth did not bother him, it would not bother me.
