Lower dentures are possibly the most uncomfortable prosthesis we dentists make for patients.
I have made hundreds if not thousands of dentures in my Palm Harbor FL dentist offices. Most people eventually accept upper dentures, very few are comfortable with lower dentures. Lower Dentures can be secured with dental implants or as seen in this picture, teeth can have root canal therapy and ball/posts. All of this type of dentistry is routinely performed in my Tampa FL area dentist office, sometimes with sedation, many times with local anesthesia.
