Thanksgiving is over, Christmas 2011 and New Years Day 2012 is fast approaching.  It is easy to get caught up in the hussle and commercialism at this time of year.  Let us not forget family and friends alive and deceased.

This is a picture of my mother, Evelyn Teresa 11 years ago.  My mother was a loving person.  She raised five children and remembered each and every child’s and grandchild’s (13 of them) birthday’s.  I so deeply miss both my mom and dad.  I wish I could just hear their voices. 

Mom and Dad made me who I am.  I am proud to say I am one of two sons (brother- Richard.)   I also have three sisters: Corinne, Luciana and Danielle.  There are 13 first cousins, including my two children, Mathew Paul Caputo, and Kendall Jordan Caputo.
